Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your artwork purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at missstephanieart@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Change of Mind

As our prints and artwork are often made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Minor color differences between screens and printed products

Please check product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Lost Packages

If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please get in touch so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Packages are considered lost after:

  • 10 business days (Australia)
  • 20 business days (international)

If confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect details may require additional postage to resend.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
